I found the best place hidden in the alley behind Green Earth and Haiku Sushi.
They have the best taco salads with extra crispy bowls. The bowl was as awesome and delectable as what was on the inside. My kids got the chicken quesadillas and said they were the best! They have everything from tacos to chalupas, Tostadas to Chimichangas.... with all the top choices of proteins. My favorite, however, was the Chicken tortilla soup with those crispy chips. To die for! Best I ever had and it is my favorite soup!
It is as fresh and authentic as you can get.
